Centre Médical S.A.M. is an interdisciplinary health centre in Montréal. At the core of our services: family medicine and walk-in consultations covered by the RAMQ, subject to eligibility, supported by a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, physiotherapists, pharmacists and other health professionals.
Our approach: accessible, coordinated care for patients, and a practice environment that lets professionals focus fully on medicine.
Bringing the supply of care in line with the needs of the population
In Québec, more than one million people still do not have access to a family doctor. This gap between the demand for care and its supply leads to longer wait times, added pressure on emergency departments and medical follow-up that is too often interrupted. Centre Médical S.A.M.’s mission is to help close this gap in concrete terms.

Our medical centre offers medical consultations covered by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ), in accordance with applicable terms.

Centre Médical S.A.M. is an independent clinic. It is not affiliated with the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec or the Government of Québec. Some professional services (psychology, physiotherapy, etc.) may not be covered by the RAMQ.
